The air conditioning unit adds a noisy distraction at night!!! Steep stair access is a workout for older guests like myself!!! Limited natural light in the room leaves much to be desired!!!

The location is fantastic! Just a quick walk to Times Square and Bryant Park made exploring easy. The rooftop view was a delightful bonus that added to our experience. We also appreciated the privacy of our Deluxe Queen Suite, which was a plus for a couple looking to relax.

amazing rooftop

the location is fantastic, just steps from iconic sights, and we enjoyed some lovely moments on the amazing rooftop. every evening felt like a special retreat.
